Q: How do you care for wood furniture?
A: Clean the furniture before polishing it using a damp cloth and leave no visible moisture. Polish top surfaces monthly and vertical surfaces every eight weeks. Avoid silicone-based cleaners which can permanently damage your wood. Apply polish to the cloth and not directly onto the wood. For best results, use a clean, washable, lint-free cloth.

Q: Do you have layaway?
A: Yes, up to 90 days with 20% down payment.

Q: Is your furniture solid wood?
A: Most of our product assortment is solid wood. We do not carry any introductory furniture constructed of particle board with a plastic laminated surface which is made to look like wood. Most products are constructed of solid wood and wood veneer. All real wood is porous and can react to its environment. In a few large, flat components of specific pieces, high-grade plywood or medium density fiberboard is used as a substrate with a veneer surface. This process is used either to provide a designed wood pattern to the surface - like a sunburst - or to eliminate the potential for warping over time.

A: Yes, our items are individually priced and you do not need to buy a set. You can buy furniture the way you want it.

A: We provide Low Prices every day so that our customers do not have to wait for a big sale to purchase the items that they need and want. We may occasionally offer a special promotion or sale, but these reductions will be off our already everyday low prices.

Q: Can I special order additional items?
A: Yes, manufacturer's catalogs are available in the Customer Lounge for your consideration. Special order items usually take four to five weeks to receive.
